The Society of St. Vincent De Paul is an International Catholic Organization of lay persons, founded in Paris in 1833 by Frederic Ozoram.
In Goa-Velha Parish, it was started or founded by Br. C. K. Mathew, when Fr. Santo Antonio was the Spiritual Adviser in the year 2003.
- Vincentians are called to be witness for Christ by manifesting, through works of charity, their love for their neighbour in need in when they see Christ.
- Vincentians helps the Church in the upliftment of the Suffering poor, sick and the needy.
